Flash-frozen at peak freshness to lock in flavour and texture.
Defrosting Instructions:
Defrost swordfish steaks in the fridge overnight, or place in a sealed bag under cold running water until thawed. Cook within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not refreeze.
Cooking Tips:
Brush lightly with olive oil and season before cooking. Grill or pan-sear for 3–4 minutes per side depending on thickness. Swordfish is best cooked through but still juicy — avoid overcooking to prevent dryness. It pairs beautifully with Mediterranean flavours such as lemon, capers, olives, or roasted vegetables.
