Flash-frozen at peak freshness, these steaks are ideal for creating restaurant-quality meals at home.

Defrosting Instructions:
Defrost sirloin steaks slowly in the fridge overnight, or place in a sealed bag under cold running water until thawed. Cook within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not refreeze.

Cooking Tips:
Season well with salt and pepper before cooking. Sear over high heat for 2–3 minutes per side, then cook to your preferred doneness. Rest for a few minutes before serving to lock in juices. Sirloin steaks are delicious with garlic butter, peppercorn sauce, or simply paired with chips and salad for a classic steak dinner.
