Defrosting Instructions:
Defrost cod loin slowly in the fridge overnight, or place in a sealed bag under cold running water until thawed. Cook within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not refreeze.
Cooking Tips:
Bake at 200°C for 15–18 minutes until the flesh flakes easily with a fork. For a golden crust, pan-sear for 2–3 minutes per side before finishing in the oven. Cod loin is delicious with breadcrumbs, lemon, and parsley, and works beautifully in fish pies, on the grill, or simply served with roasted vegetables.
