Defrosting Instructions:
Defrost salmon fillets slowly in the fridge overnight, or place in a sealed bag under cold running water until thawed. Cook within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not refreeze.

Cooking Tips:
Bake at 200°C for 12–15 minutes with herbs, butter, or lemon. For a restaurant-style result, pan-sear skin-side down until crisp, then finish in the oven. Cook until the flesh just flakes with a fork at about 52°C (125°F) internal temperature. Salmon pairs perfectly with fresh greens, roasted potatoes, or creamy pasta.
