Flash-frozen at peak freshness, these steaks bring restaurant-quality dining straight to your home.
Defrosting Instructions:
Defrost ribeye steaks slowly in the fridge overnight, or place in a sealed bag under cold running water until thawed. Cook within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not refreeze.
Cooking Tips:
Season generously with salt and pepper before cooking. For best results, sear over high heat for 2–3 minutes per side, then finish to your preferred doneness. Allow to rest for a few minutes before serving to retain juices. Ribeye pairs perfectly with chunky chips, grilled vegetables, or a classic peppercorn sauce.
