Our red snapper fillets are firm, meaty, and mildly sweet, with a delicate nutty flavour that makes them a favourite in many cuisines. With their versatile texture, they are ideal for baking, grilling, or pan-searing. Flash-frozen at peak freshness to lock in flavour and quality.
Defrosting Instructions:
Defrost red snapper fillets slowly in the fridge overnight, or place in a sealed bag under cold running water until thawed. Cook within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not refreeze.
Cooking Tips:
Bake at 200°C for 12–15 minutes with olive oil, garlic, and herbs. Red snapper is excellent paired with lime, chilli, and fresh coriander, and works beautifully with rice, grilled vegetables, or light salads.
