With a firm texture that holds well in cooking, haddock is perfect for traditional fish and chips, hearty fish pies, or simple oven-baked dishes. Flash-frozen at peak freshness to lock in flavour.
Defrosting Instructions:
Defrost haddock slowly in the fridge overnight, or place in a sealed bag under cold running water until thawed. Cook within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not refreeze.
Cooking Tips:
For classic fish and chips, batter and fry until golden and crisp. To bake, cook at 200°C for 12–15 minutes with butter, lemon, and fresh herbs. Haddock also flakes beautifully into fish pies or chowders and pairs perfectly with mashed potatoes, steamed greens, or tartar sauce.
