Defrosting Instructions:
Defrost scallops in the fridge overnight, or place in a sealed bag under cold running water until thawed. Cook within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not refreeze.

Cooking Tips:
Pat dry before cooking to achieve a golden crust. Pan-sear in a hot pan with butter or oil for 1–2 minutes per side until just opaque. Avoid overcooking, as scallops should remain tender and juicy. They are excellent served with pea purée, crispy bacon, or a squeeze of lemon.
