Our large raw king prawns are peeled, deveined, and deheaded for your convenience, making them quick and easy to prepare. Juicy and tender, they’re perfect for stir-fries, curries, pasta dishes, or the classic prawn cocktail. Flash-frozen at peak freshness to lock in flavour and texture.

Defrosting Instructions:
Defrost prawns in the fridge overnight, or place in a sealed bag under cold running water until thawed. Cook within 24 hours of defrosting. Do not refreeze.

Cooking Tips:
Cook prawns over high heat for 2–3 minutes until pink and opaque. Avoid overcooking, as they can quickly become tough. They are delicious seasoned with garlic, chilli, or lemon, tossed through pasta, added to a curry, or served in a fresh salad.
