Cod & Parsley Fishcakes with Melting Cheddar - 1.8kg / 10 pieces 

Made with Atlantic cod, fluffy potato, and fresh parsley, these fishcakes are finished with a rich cheddar cheese centre that melts as they cook. Crispy on the outside and creamy in the middle, they’re a comforting family favourite that’s quick and easy to prepare straight from the freezer.


Cooking Instructions:
From frozen, preheat the oven to 180°C (Gas 6) and bake on a lined tray for approximately 20 minutes, until golden brown and piping hot throughout.


Serving Tips:
Serve with chips and peas for a classic fish supper. They are also delicious on a bed of fresh salad with a squeeze of lemon, or paired with tartar sauce or garlic mayonnaise for extra flavour.
